Hi Ive Just Been Informed That My CEA Is 22.9

Hi Ive just been informed that my CEA is 22.9 during an annual check up. The chest xray showed a small whitish nodule in the right parahilar region of the lung. The GP guessed approx 3cm. Im booked to do CT scan next week to start the investigation process. After reading many sites here Im guessing Im not getting out of the woods anytime soon, or that theres no reason to hope its something other than cancer.?
