Hi, I've Just Been Prescribed 0.025% Rectanyl And Neostrata Pore

Hi, I've just been prescribed 0.025% rectanyl and neostrata pore refining cleanser as well as neostrata pore clearing solution. I have to go out into the sun for about 1 Hour for 3 days aand it's my second week using these products. Any pprecautions that I have to take? Will it be too much for my skin? Because I understand that my skin is still get in used to the products.

Also, if I have to do sports early in the morning, should I use the neostrata pore refining cleanser before or after I do sports and sweat? Thank you!
