Hi I've Just Had Tummy Pain And Opened My Bowels

Hi I've just had tummy pain and opened my bowels twice, but then water started coming into my mouth constantly, then I vomited a small amount of clear yellow fluid. I have a gallstone and deteriorating kidney function egfr 55. I am also under ENT for Gord/LPR. The tummy pain has now gone but I have a burning feeling around my mid back
