Hi I've Just Received Bloods Back As Part Of A

Hi I've just received bloods back as part of a routine health check. I have no significant symptoms but do suffer from severe psoriasis on an ongoing basis for which I am not medicated but do take light treatment. Some of my bloods were a little off MPV (10.5) platelet (122) THS (4.24) - all other results were perfectly normal. Am I right in assuming that in the absence of symptoms and given that all of these are only slightly off anyway that I have nothing to worry about? Thanks!
