Hi, I've Just Returned Home From Hospital Following A Surgical

Hi, I've just returned home from hospital following a surgical procedure during which epidural anaesthesia was used, the op lasted round two and a half hours. It is now day 3 and I'm still feeling nauseous, even with the help of an anti sickness drug. Please can you advise how long this nausea is likely to last and if there is anything I can do to help myself?
