Hi I've Lost An Enormous Amount Of Weight - Size

Hi I've lost an enormous amount of weight - size 18 to 10 over a three months - still losing - eating fine. Had normal bloods done - all ok - had mammo & ultrasound for breast pain and burning sensation. Joints (shoulders - hips and lower back) now aching badly - having to take pain kilers. Would normal bloods done earlier show cancer?
