Hi I've Lumps At Groin And Just Below They Look

Hi I've lumps at groin and just below they look bruised iv been unwell dizzy shaking palpitations chest pain shacking dry mouth iv mucus in my ears and get really sore muscle s I also get headaches and burning in my neck arms sometimes my tummy not always n my legs do u think this is connected?or a couple of thing I'm 32 female thanks
