Hi I've Never Really Felt Myself Before But After A

Hi I've never really felt myself before but after a discussion with my partner I did and in side my vagina I could feel lots of little lumps. Small pea like lumps inside and lots off them.
I've had 2 children both very big weights and with my first I had a 3rd degree tear. I've had entermals with both pregnancies and this has never been mentioned.
I regularly take a swab and send off for S.T.I's and they are all clear.
What could the lumps be?
