Hi, I've Noticed A Lump Under My Right Armpit In

Hi, I've noticed a lump under my right armpit in the axilla, it feels like a tendon or gristle. It's tender if i poke it, or around my menstrual cycle. I can't seem to find it on the other side. The doctors seem confused and sent me for ultrasound. Just want some idea... Thanks
