Hi I've Noticed A Small Amount Of Blood That Seems

Hi I've noticed a small amount of blood that seems to be coming from my clit area accompanied by a slight burning sensation while using the bathroom. I've also noticed yeast like discharge, but that might be related to my IUD (less than a week old) and mild itching that comes and goes, any ideas of what might be happening?
