Hi, I've Noticed In The Past Few Weeks That Every

Hi, I've noticed in the past few weeks that every time I sneeze, the right side of my throat hurts pretty badly. And if I sneeze continuously a few times it makes my throat hurt really bad but after a few minutes the pain will subside but my throat will feel a bit sore after that. This is a problem as I think i sneeze at least 5 to 10 days a day. My throat doesn't feel like it hurts when I have strep throat. To also note that I have sore throats quite frequent (maybe about 5+ a year). What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?
