Hi I've Noticed Past Few Days When I Get Ready

Hi I've noticed past few days when I get ready to lay down at night then when I go to get back up through out the night my ankles and feet go to buzzing/ itching now in the past day I noticed it happening in the evening before bed not sure what's causing it and here lately I've been getting alot of acid built up in my throat where I just want to throw up
