Hi, I've Noticed That There's Pieces Of Pus That Have

Hi, I've noticed that there's pieces of pus that have a consistency of cooked grain of rice in my 3 months old baby boy's urine. This is the third time in the past three weeks and the quantity is only as much as that of a rice. He sometimes struggles when he has to poo or pee. Could this be an infection? Please help.
