Hi I've Only Been Smoking A Few Months Now But

Hi I've only been smoking a few months now but I am now starting to gag with every cigarette I smoke and sometime throwing up from the taste. My periods have only been lasting for a day and ate very light the past couple months. I've had a tubaligation almost 2 years ago. Could I possibly be pregnant or could something else be going on?
