Hi, I've Realised That When I'm Hungry My Heart Races

Hi, I've realised that when I'm hungry my heart races off or would give a few quick palpitations or irregular beats and return to normal. Also the temporal area of my head begins to throb and feels tight. Yesterday I was late on lunch and my heart began pounding and gave a sharp pain from between my breasts, straight to my spine. What could that be?
