Hi, Ive Recently Been Getting Really Bad Breath But Im

Hi, Ive recently been getting really bad breath but im cleaning my teeth 3 times a day and using mouthwash then as soon as i brush my teeth within 5 minutes i can taste a bad smell. Im cleaning my tongue constantly but yet it still occurs. I have noticed small lumps on the back of my tongue and also a droopy lump or longer part hanging from my tonsil which sits touching my tongue constantly. Every 5 or 10 minutes i can feel lots of spit build up in my mouth. When i then spit i can taste a bad smell and then my tongue will build up with like a thin layer of bacteria. its making things really hard just having a conversation with someone without them rubbing there nose. What can i do about this?
