Hi. I've Recently Had A Cardiac Version And Heart Ablation

Hi. I've recently had a cardiac version and heart ablation due to having wolf Parkinsonism White sydrome since. Then I've been suffering from anixety. Thinking in not breathing. Dizziness blurred vision every time I go hospital gp they say I'm fine but I don't feel fine everyday I get pains. Wen I get pains I think it's my heart straight away I saw a cardiology. Last month. He said that my heart was fine. And I need help with the anixety and the ablation was successful and he doesn't need to se me again but everyday i think I'm going to die and my heart will stop. Beating. Sometimes wen I breath in I get a tight feeling in my chest. That's makes me starts to think bad. I relly don't no wat to as I'm finding this relly hard I keep checking my heart and noise to see if I'm breathing. And the blurrd vision and dizzyness is uncomfortable I get palp stations now and den. But wen they come I am scared more now den before. I was referd to cbt. But am still waiting. It's a long process and I need help I have kids and a young baby everyday life is hard for me now.
