Hi I've Recently Noticed That My Vagina Has Been Really

Hi I've recently noticed that my vagina has been really irratated. I've was sexual active about 5 days ago. My vagina has been itching and it has been moist I wouldn't necessarily say it's discharge because it doesn't actually leak out and it has no smell. I've noticed that there are kinda brownish reddish spots around the opening of my area. I'm very concerned. Do you have a clue?
