Hi, I've Recently Started A Contraception Shot Called Perlutal And

Hi, I've recently started a contraception shot called perlutal and after i took it and got my next period well my period only lasted about 3-4 days when it lasts 7 days and well now i pee out dried blood and this has been going on for 3 days now and i was wondering what that could mean..does anyone know the answer to that? Help
