Hi. I've recently switched to a plant based diet. Initially, I was eating mostly fruits and veggies, but with colder weather I am eating more rice, beans etc. I've noticed that I have a burning sensation in my face some days and a slight redness. It comes and goes, but I am feeling tired in general as well. I am taking a B12 supplement most days.
