Hi I've started taking eph 30 in aid of my diet and exercise to help loose fat quicker I'm having side effects already into day 2 such as stomach pain followed by lose stool and a warm fuzzy tingling sensation throughout my body and head aches and not being able to sleep and feeling of sickness and also palpitations is this anything I should be concerned about?
