Hi, I've Started To Have Lower Back Pain About Three

Hi, I've started to have lower back pain about three weeks ago. On my left side. I thought it might be a kidney infection so I did a home test kit with my sister who had the strips. Everything is normal except Ketones and Urobilorubin. I am avoiding the expense of a doctor visit, unless it's serious. I saw a symptom list that alarmed me. Any thoughts?
