Hi, I've Taken All Kind Of Pain Relievers And Pain

Hi, I've taken all kind of pain relievers and pain killers and nothing seems to agree with me. Everything seems to have terrible side effects. I have had ankle fusion and triple arthrodesis several months ago and my X-Ray shows all white in which my Surgeon stated was all arthritis and is very painful. What can I do?
