Hi, I've Taken Utovlan To Stop My Period For My

Hi, I've taken utovlan to stop my period for my wedding, I started on 15th October and finished taking them on Monday 2nd November, I have the mirna coil and I suffer from endometriosis, I havent had a period since 15th October but are getting pains in my stomach (like endo pain) should I be worried??
