Hi , June I Had My Periods On 12th And

Hi , June i had my periods on 12th and on 19th had postpone 72 , then on 27 th itself got second period light spotting . I was to take another postpone 72 on july 30th still i dint get my periods .

Is it something bad ? people frighten it may result in infertility else some issues to my body .
Kindly clarify me , totally i have taken tablets twice .
