Hi June My Legs Began To Swell Left More That

Hi June my legs began to swell left more that right. Swelling got very bad by end of July fatigue began leg,pain then extream fatigue and whole body and joint pain. Went to ER blood work was ok then was diagnosed with RMSF orders to total bed rest and giving doxycycline and got worse like I wasn't responding to it.. was ordered to see a infectious disease specialist and could not find one to get in with for 3 weeks . Kidney pain terrible fatigue joint n body pain then confusion very lethargic total loss of appitight lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks got so weak n confused went to ER again they kept me 5 days gave me zithromax fluids sent me home with a week supply of it felt.a lil better but since have not.improved much at all still very fatigued, weak, pain, confusion,loss of train of thought, no appitight have lost more.weight have to force my self to eat , depression and anxiety getting very bad no drive or ambishion and then was told by infectious r specialist I did not have RMSF even when test came back lkssitive possibly false positives???? Help
