Hi, Just Felt Strong Pulse, Above Left Temple. It Was

Hi, Just felt strong pulse, above left temple. It was so strong that it could be seen as well. I am worried. Earlier many times I have been feeling light pulse in left temple when I m in stress etc. But 'above' left temple (in head) it happened for the first time that too so strong to be felt and to be seen.
