Hi. Just Got Back Results From A Recent MRI On

Hi. Just got back results from a recent MRI on my left knee. Findings are. Myxoid degeneration and irregularity at the inferior articular surface of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus with possible mild fraying.
Also mild tearing of AClandPCL. As well as thinning of tibia femoral cartlilage. Could you please explain all this. I've had knee pain for months.
