Hi, Last July 28, I Had A Brief Unprotected Anal

Last July 28, I had a brief unprotected anal sex with somebody I did not know. I just met him in a bar. I topped him for like 2 to 3 mins and suddenly came to my senses. So I asked him to put on a condom and he did.

Just exactly 2 weeks after the incident, I felt very weak. Thought i had fever but whenever I would check my body temp, it would just be normal but I really felt hot inside. I also felt dizzy on the 1st two days. I panicked and been looking for other possible HIV symptoms. There were acne-like that appeared and some few red blotches in my skin. They were scattered and just very few. They also disappeared after two days. Under normal circumstances, I would just take them as pimples that usually appear in my skin as I am a bit hairy. In my neck as well, there were a couple of days when my skin would appear red - jist plain red and no bumps then disappeared.I also had twice a day trip in the bathroom for soft to water bowel movement. There were days though when the trip would be 3 times a day but that's only for about 2 to 3 days in a period of 2 weeks. Even before this incident, I already have a history of lack of sleep since the last week of June. There were days when my sleep in 3 consecutive days would only be a total of 5hrs. My body temp did not go beyond normal. No swollen lympnodes as well.

I became so paranoid that every symptom of HIV, I would compare them to what I felt. Looks like I'm having anxiety or depression these days. I always think of what would my life be like if I get tested positive.

After 2 weeks, I started regaining mu strength but still feel weak whenever this circumstance would cross my mind. This time, i have now noticed that there were nights when I would sweat which is not the usual case before as I am always in an airconditioned room. I have also now developed a tingling in my right hand. I have somehow recovered from all those symptoms after two weeks, but the tingling, the small amount pf being dizzy and the sweating which happens from time to time seem to have stayed.

I could no longer have a good sleep. There were only a couple of nights when i was able to have a 5 to 6hrs sleep. The rest were really bad. I also had a complete CBC just days ago and everything was normal. But i know, this test has nothing to do with HIV.

I know I need to wait for the 3-month period to get a conclusive result. Right now, I plan on seeking a psychiatrict help. Can you please tell me if there's a huge possibility that I got the virus for having my penis inside the anus in 2 to 3 mins?
