Hi Last Night I Fell And Hit My Head On

Hi Last night I fell and hit my head on the coffee table after a party. There is slight swelling on the right side of my head. I also have vision changes--flashing light in the periphery of the right eye intermittently. I was already having "floaters" before this head injury, but the lightening images are new. I can see fine and can read, talk, walk, etc. I think I should try to see an eye doctor tomorrow, but I am also wondering if I should go to ER. They probably don't have an opthamologist on call at ER, who could examine my retina for tears. What do you think? (I am a 65 yr old female in good health).
