Hi. Last Night I Had A A Naked Smoothie. After

Hi. Last night I had a a naked smoothie. After a while, I passed out for a couple of seconds and was very dizzy for about an hour. This morning I woke up very confused and a tiny dizzy. Didn't eat anything until 11. Had a bowl of honey cereal with coffee and a cup of lemonade. After 20 min, I started feeling nausea and very week. So I checked my blood sugar and it was 118. Is that considered diabetic?
