Last night when taking my shower I noticed a purple red bruise about the size of a half dollar on my right side abdomen. I suffer from endometriosis and diagnosed with adenomyosis 2 years ago. I just finished my monthly cycle when this showed up, so any pain I was having I thought was just from the endo. I have never had a bruise like this and I have not bumped into anything or done any strenuous activities. Just a bit concerned.
