Hi! Last Week, I Accidentally Bumped My Head On A

Hi!
Last week, I accidentally bumped my head on a bed post. It wasn't a big bump and it didn't hurt all that much.
I was also stressed about something, and I suffer with tension headaches.
I've now had a tension headache for a week, it's sort of on and off.
