Hi. Last Year I Had A Cyst On My Right

Hi. Last year I had a cyst on my right ovary but didn't know what the pain was at the time so went to ER and that's how I found out. This past Jan 1 I started having really bad stomach pain and felt so nauseous to the point where I was over the toilet but never threw up. The next day the pain was more pinpointed to my right ovary so I assume it's because of a cyst. I have the usual and constant ache/pain in pelvis, stomach, and leg but this pain is worse than I have had in the past with cysts. I will randomly get sharp pains that strike through my ovary that are terrible. And when I urinate I have a terrible pain in my ovary that goes through to my back
