Hi! Last Year I Took An Antibiotic For Walking Pneumonia

Hi! Last year I took an antibiotic for walking pneumonia and it caused extreme abdominal pain and blood in my urine. When I looked it up online a very common side effect was blood in the urine. I don't remember what it was and I now I need to take an antibiotic for a UTI and am afraid to because I don't know which one caused the blood in my urine.
Can you help?
