Hi, May I Ask A Question With My Limited English

Hi, May I ask a question with my limited English skill! Start two weeks ago on the inside of my right leg above ankle have a small lump and first I though just like any other time I accident kick something to cost that but skin never change to blue either (Just light pink color on my skin in that area), is very sore when I lightly touch it. Please advise and thank you for your time.
