Hi. May Sound Like A Dumb Question, Haha, But Just

Hi. May sound like a dumb question, haha, but just out of pure curiosity, say I transfused a pint of blood into my body, then let's say 12 or so hours later I withdraw a pint of blood. Would my blood levels be the same? Since all I'm doing is withdrawing the excess pint of blood that was put into my body?
