Hi My 1 Month Old Baby Boy Has Gone Through

Hi My 1 month old baby boy has gone through herniotomy and orchidopexy 2 days before. He is having fever (100) and loose motions. Doctor is telling loose motions is due to anti biotics and fever will come down ,no need to worry. His weight is 3.5 kg .
He is taking medicine - Babygesic and Taxim.
