Hi. My 11 Month Old Son Has Fever And Cough.

Hi. My 11 month old son has fever and cough. I think his throat hurts as he is not able to swallow anything. Doctor had prescribed Calpol, Bromex and Mast syrup. Fever has gone down but the cough is still there. There is a sound when he sleeps and breathes. Is nebulisation necessary?
