Hi. My 11 Year Old Daughter Has A Large Marble

Hi. My 11 year old daughter has a large marble size hard, non movable lump on her jawline. We had a CT scan on it today and they said she has multiple swollen lymph nodes in that area. They are consulting with a ear nose and throat dr and suppose to be getting back to me tomorrow. I just can't help but worry and googling stuff I'm freaking out even more. Any answers or suggestions will greatly be appreciated!!
