Hi. My 11 Year Old Son Has Had Red, Rashy

Hi. My 11 year old son has had red, rashy and hot cheeks for 3 days and a rash on neck too. His ear lobes are very swollen too. He has not had any cold or temp but is totally exhausted with no energy. Piriton and levocitrezine has not helped at all to reduce this rash.
