Hi. My 13 Yr Old Female Cat Had Convenia Injection

Hi. My 13 yr old female cat had Convenia injection a week ago for bacterial bladder infection. Symptoms cleared up withi 3-5 days. However,tonight she seem a to be displaying mild problems with gait and balance (I'm an RN) - almost stroke like symptoms that you would see in humans. She is still eating/ drinkjg. Do you k ow of Convenia causing these type of symptoms? I. Worried as I know the drug stays I. Their bodies for a long time,even if anti bacterial effect wears off after two weeks.
