Hi, My 1.5 Year Old Started To Go To Toddlers

Hi, My 1.5 year old started to go to toddlers nursey since two days.. yestarday he came home and was fine but suddnely at night had snuffy nose and cough and could not sleep.. I gave him adol/paracetamol and he was better
Please advise if I shall give hime fenastil drops..
