My 19 year old son had an ultrasound due to having problems with a hypo spades that was fixed when he was a child but has tightened up and needs dilatation.
On the kidney ultrasound a 2.3 cm cyst was found in the mid pole of the right kidney.
Should I be worried? Should it be watched or could it go away on its own?
