Hi My 20 Year Old Son Is Away At College

My 20 year old son is away at college and said he has had a weird feeling that comes and goes in the center of his chest. It is more frequent now and he felt a little light headed this afternoon. Nothing else bothers him. He is breathing fine,working out , eating and doing school work. It diid wake him up the other night but then he fell back to sleep after about an hour. He said it almost feels like there is something stuck there. We are taking him to the doctor on Friday but before then any ideas?
