Hi, My 3 Months Old Baby Is Crying Too Much

My 3 months old baby is crying too much during the night. I am giving him colimex to relief his colic, but some people telling me to give gripe water to him. should I continue giving him colimex or should stop colimex and give him gripe water? Please advise.
