Hi, My 3 Yr Old Son Has Been Having Diarrhoea

My 3 yr old son has been having diarrhoea since the last 5 days. I have been giving him econorm twice a day since the last 3 days apart from home remedies like khichdi, sago etc. He is hydrated enough and passes normal stools towards evening. But he Wakes up around 2 am and has watery motions. I have also given him a dose of Normet today. Please advice if we can give something else to improve his condition.
