Hi. My 4.5 Month Baby Has Had A Cold Since

Hi. My 4.5 month baby has had a cold since a week. Blocked nose, coughing and since yesterday fever. He cant eat, he throws up after every bottle. I try to give him a little every 2hrs. He eats between 40 and 90. He does pee a little but not as much as usually. And hes been crying non stop.
