Hi! My 5 Year Old Has A Hard Lump On

Hi! My 5 year old has a hard lump on the back of her head. She hit her head and split it open when she was 3, and the bump has never fully gone away. It doesn't hurt, no headaches, nothing abnormal in the slightest. Should I be concerned?? I've been worrying myself crazy.
