Hi. My 5.5 Years Got Sph -1 With Cyl -

Hi.
My 5.5 years got sph -1 with cyl - 1.5 (right eye) and sph -0.75 with cyl -1 (left eye).
I just want to ask what are the chances for stabilizing and even decreasing her numbers (both, sph and cyl) ? as she is taking essential multivitamins (foods and syrups both) prescribed by an specialist.
And wearing her glasses all the time.
Does anything else help her?
